Integrative relaxation therapy ZEN techniques as complementary sessions opportunities to community based organizations, corporate staff, community centers, Health Care Organizations, Mental Health Agencies, Schools, and  any individual interested in improving their wellness and lifestyle.  NO EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED.

Our Calming Time Program is aimed to bring calm into your life and your workplace, helping you getting centered and quiet your mind.   This program offers the management of your anxiety,  the stress, insomnia, pain, nausea, and/or physical and mental exhaustion. 

​

Join us in this holistic and healing journey ON ZOOM and IN-PERSON experience to learn and practice healing modalities of Guidance Meditation, Reiki (optional), Aro-Esential Therapy, Breath Awareness Techniques, Gentle Mindful Movements (yoga), to prepare your body and mind into a relaxation mode:

  • Private Session 

  • Workshops and Group Sessions

  • Events and Demonstrations

  • Follow up
