Fabiola Goris, MBA

President/ Executive Director

A seasoned administrator with extensive experience providing guidance and leadership to numerous human services projects, Fabiola F. Goris is a co-founder and current President & CEO of the Equilibrio Health & Wellness Foundation.  

A galvanizer of leaders and other resources in the interest of promoting the social, emotional, cultural and health and wellness interest of communities, Fabiola’s contributions include, managing the operations of a general and internal medicine group practice, exercising leadership and oversight over a preventive and management of diabetes initiative, and imparting training and knowledge to over 600 New York City, South America, and Caribbean-based non-profit arts managers.

Rivel Lozada, USMLE, 1 & 2-CS 

Vice-President

An accredited physician in the Dominican Republic, Rivel Lozada has successfully completed two thirds of United States’ Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) requirements to gain certification and admission to the United States’ Medical Board.  

Trained as a family practitioner in his native country, Rivel Lozada authored and presented an article on the prevalence of alcohol consumption among pregnant women receiving pre-natal care at the Hospital Universitario Maternidad Nuestra Señora de Altagracia in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.  

Rivel fought against the spread of the dengue virus in the Dominican Republic by helping institute a process of medical surveillance and providing preventive medical literature and outreach to various vulnerable, isolated, and uninsured communities.
